CBD R' US Edible Review
Everyone should try out CBD! I actually really enjoy these little gummies even tough I totally accidentally purchased them. I thought they were full of THC even though there is a clear THC free sticker on the packaging, oops. So, for my folks who are looking for a little relaxing vitamin type gummy to put aside some of that anxiety and pain but don’t want to get high in the way THC will effect you, these are perfect. I mainly use CBD to help with my depression and anxiety, and its been a helpful tool in feeling normal and grounded during daily life. I first learned about while working at a cooperative grocery store, their Wellness department had a really knowledgeable team and diverse stock of CBD products. I've tried them in a few different ways topical, oil and gummies and I am currently really loving the edible method!
Each gummy is about 20mg of CBD, they recommend you don’t take more than 2 gummies (40mg of CBD) in a 6 hour period. To write this review I ate 2 gummies, which I normally do to limit feelings of permanent anxiety. I really enjoy having these gummies, they don’t tire you out or mellow you to the point where you aren't able to function which is really important for most users. I have the flavor Apple Rings and they taste just like the delicious candies. I thought the packaging was also brilliant, much better looking compared to other industry CBD products that you would find in your traditional shopping setting like a co-op. I purchased these from a cannabis dispensary in Los Angeles, CA but you are able to purchase this item online at https://cbdrustore.com.
As a reference "CBD is an entirely different compound from THC, and its effects are very complex. It is not psychoactive, meaning it does not produce a "high" or change a person's state of mind, but it influences the body to use its own endocannabinoids more effectively." I found this information at Medical News Today and will link the article below.
Comment below if you've ever tried CBD oil, lotion (topical) or edibles and link your favorite brands and types. Do you think CBD should be more widely accessible and used? Or, if you’ve never tried CBD why not?
